Legal Compliance

At Architecton, modern architectural solutions are created from the outset in full compliance with construction legislation and urban planning norms, ensuring rapid project approval and successful implementation.

Design Process

Our architectural design process is based on clearly defined stages, ensuring the efficient development of a project from concept to final approval.
1. Initial Consultation

Detailed communication with the client takes place to determine their needs, desires, and expectations, and to define the project brief — including building type, function, spatial requirements, stylistic direction, and key priorities.

2. Land Plot Analysis

An on-site inspection of the territory and a brief analysis of the existing environment are conducted, during which the plot's main characteristics, relief, development context, orientation, views, access points, and other important factors are assessed.

3. Creation of Architectural Concept

Based on the information agreed upon with the client, the project's main framework is established — spatial requirements, functional zones, room composition, facade materials are selected, and an overall concept and direction are created.

4. Preliminary Design

Based on the collected information and developed concept, the first version of the project is prepared. This stage includes presenting preliminary plans, facades, volumes, and the general architectural solution, providing the client with an overall picture of the project.

5. Architectural Design

Following the approval of the preliminary design, detailed development of architectural drawings, plans, sections, and facades begins, taking into account the architectural concept and relevant legislation.

6. Integration of Engineering Components

Preparation of structural, engineering, and technical designs.

7. Final Compliance Check with Regulations

In the final stage, the project undergoes a full review to confirm that all regulations have been correctly considered from the outset and that the project is ready for approval.

8. Preparation of the construction project

Preparation of a complete project to obtain a construction permit and for submission to relevant authorities.

The Path to Architectural Perfection

Architectural Style Development

Analysis of Building Purpose

First, it is determined what type of object should be built and what function it will have. The architectural style should always respond to the building's purpose and its practical needs.

Location and Environmental Conditions

When choosing a style, it is essential to evaluate the location, terrain, views, climatic conditions, sun orientation, and surrounding environment. Architecture should adapt to the site and simultaneously enhance its potential.

User Segment Analysis

It is important to understand who this space is being created for — a private owner, a family, a business, guests, or a specific target group. The user profile directly determines both the character of the space and its visual language.

Analysis of Budget and Client Requirements

The formation of architectural style is influenced by both the client's taste and expectations, as well as the project's financial framework. A correctly chosen style should be realistic, functional, and align with the client's vision.

Harmonious integration with the context

Ultimately, the architectural style should be developed so that the building naturally blends with its surroundings, context, and scale, while also maintaining its unique identity when appropriate.

Market Demands and Construction Legislation

Design is carried out with full consideration of market demands and current construction legislation.

Advantages

Modern architectural approaches

In the design process, we utilize modern architectural trends and design principles, allowing us to create visually distinctive and functionally sound spaces. Our goal is for architecture to be modern, aesthetic, and fully adapted to user needs.

Proper spatial planning

During space planning, special attention is paid to functionality, movement logic, and optimal use of spaces. This results in an environment where internal and external spaces are harmoniously connected and maximally comfortable for the user.

Full compliance with legal regulations

Projects are prepared in full compliance with current construction legislation and urban planning norms. This approach significantly simplifies the project approval process and reduces potential risks associated with obtaining permits.

Energy-efficient solutions

The design process incorporates modern energy efficiency requirements and technical solutions. This helps reduce the building's energy consumption, optimize operating costs, and minimize environmental impact.

Harmonious blend of interior and exterior

The building's exterior appearance and interior spaces are united within a single architectural concept. This ensures the visual integrity of the building and creates a balanced, aesthetic, and functional environment.

Integration of Architectural and Structural Solutions

The architectural concept is developed from the very beginning in full compliance with structural solutions. This ensures that the building's architecture is not only visually sound but also technically correct, safe, and practically feasible.
